Magnificent restaurants with an exceptional view and attentive staff. We had already tried the one in Bodrum and were not disappointed; the Istanbul location once again confirms our high opinion of this establishment.
Great place with great service, but the food was bit heavy and the music was very loud. Could not hear each other at all
The easter brunch was an incredible spread. The view and setting by the Nosphorus on a bluebird day was simply breathtaking; the staff were very kind to kids and there were some activities available for them……but the experience was marred by the silly food station service: Oysters disappeared halfway through the lunch at 1:40pm - I asked and the waiter said “it’s finished” !?!?! Needless to say I demanded to see his manager, who promptly corrected the situation i saw some attractive-looking raviolis at the pasta station so I asked for some, and the waiter who was manning the station smoled and said sure please come back in 15 mins. Half an hour later I went back and it was as if I had never made the order. So I asked the other waiter manning the station, and she said “oh those are just display for show” !?!?! I talked to the manager again and he solved this issue There were some delicious-looking grilled zucchini, peppers, eggplant and onions at the roast beef station; I asked to have some and was told “they are for display only” !?!?!? (So are you going to throw away some perfectly edible vegetables at the end of service?). By this time I gave up on complaining and just rolled my eyes. Think the staff need some training, especially when you are charging these kinds of prices.
The food and service were impeccable. The atmosphere was dynamic but not hectic, suitable for the situation and the place.
