Our stay was so nice, everyone was really helpful. Such a good location, we were about to walk everywhere. The breakfast was amazing and we were so taken care of. Particular shout out to Murat at the front entrance. He was so kind and amazing, he was always so helpful and gave us good travel advice. He was always so happy, hospitable and always smiling. :) Would recommend booking here!

The hotel is impeccably clean, with excellent attention to hygiene and housekeeping. The atmosphere is elegant, peaceful, and full of positive energy, creating the perfect place to unwind after exploring Istanbul. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of many of Istanbul’s most vibrant attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its timeless charm. Rather than a modern design, it feels like stepping into a beautifully preserved 19th-century aristocratic mansion. The classic architecture, refined décor, and sophisticated ambiance create a unique experience that is both luxurious and unforgettable. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, immaculate, and beautifully maintained, blending comfort with historic elegance. My friend and I stayed here after 2 days of the hotel being opened. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were elegant and the staff very welcoming. I took total advantage of the gym, it had everything I needed for a full workout. Hotel gyms are not usually very equipped however this one was more than adequate. The location was good, both my friend and I felt very safe. I would highly recommend this hotel should you want a stay in grand hotel
