I would like to say thank you very much to the staff of the hotel idil's Apartments Hotel. This place will be remembered by our human attitude. We had an unpleasant situation with a check-in at another hotel. The understanding and wonderful staff really helped us in a difficult situation: they helped us settle in, reassured us, and found a solution to our problem, for which we are eternally grateful. And the rest - only positive. The room is comfortable, everything works. The location is excellent, within easy reach. But the main thing here is the people. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is truly commendable. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and hospitable; we felt right at home. If you come here, be sure to meet Emine Hanım. She is one of the sweetest and most sincere people in the world. Her warmth and friendliness make your stay even more special. See you again ❤️🏨
It's a pretty old building, the room we stayed in was a bit cramped, but the interior wasn't bad. It has a good location in Beşiktaş. I'm not sure if it's suitable for children. The sound insulation might not be great either; at night, the noises coming from another room were like watching Interstellar. But still, it was a cozy and pleasant place.
Perfect stay! The owners are extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. The room is spacious and very comfortable for the price. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Beşiktaş. The ferry is only a 10-minute walk away; I used it to travel all around Istanbul (Kadıköy, Karaköy, Bebek, etc.) without ever needing a taxi, even at night, as public transportation is very accessible. An excellent choice with outstanding value for money. Highly recommended!
