We had a good experience in the hotel Mr Can was very helpful and amazing support
I was helped by Mojde and Can and wow the hospitality I received and the cleanliness of the room was beyond anything I've seen before. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Istanbul trust me you won't regret it!
The hotel was not as shown in the photos. The condition of the property felt outdated, and the room did not meet basic expectations — the bed had visible stains, which was unacceptable. The only positive aspect of the room was the view overlooking the Bosphorus. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The reception staff lacked professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality skills. We politely asked for a short extension due to our delayed flight, as we had nowhere to stay until 2 PM, but the request was refused in an abrupt and dismissive manner. Additionally, we received repeated phone calls reminding us to leave, and when we asked for just 20 more minutes to finish packing, the call was ended on us. Overall, the experience did not match the standard we expected.
