It's a fantastic studio. Sena Hanım's cheerfulness, friendliness, and motivation really made me connect with this place. I thoroughly enjoyed coming here and got great results from both Pilates and the Vacu Activ and Roll Shape sessions. I highly recommend it to everyone in the area 🌸
This is the place that saved me after giving birth. They helped me lose weight and get back in shape so kindly, especially Ms. Sena, she's such a sweet person, I run there every day. It's a very clean and meticulous place; when I bring my baby, they make us feel at home. They even look after my son while I do my workout. I love it and definitely recommend it. If you want real results, definitely choose this place ❤️
This is a place I regularly come to for Pilates. The environment is very clean and spacious, and the instructors are attentive and professional. The classes are both motivating and productive. I started to feel the difference in a short time. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to do Pilates.
