I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. At first, when I was reading the reviews, I honestly thought many of them were fake. But after arriving, I realized they were actually accurate. We originally booked a small room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger one at no extra charge. Breakfast was also included. The room looked exactly like the photos and even had a stovetop if you want to cook. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to bring your own cookware and utensils. The location is excellent. Right in front of the hotel, you’ll find bus stops and the Aksaray Metro Station, and behind the hotel is the Yusufpaşa tram station, making it very easy to get around the city. The reception area is quite small, but that doesn’t really matter. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. A special thank you to Ergun and Eslam—they were both extremely kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety, and they tried to change some of the options every day. Our room had a nice view. There are several cafés in front of the hotel, so it can get a little noisy at night, but it wasn’t a big issue for us since our room was on the fourth floor. Overall, we had an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel
Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was amazing: the rooms were spacious and very clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. My stay at the hotel was wonderful in every way, especially its excellent location. It's situated next to the tram station, metro station, and bus stop, overlooking a beautiful park. It's also surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisine, as well as diverse markets. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly kind, especially Mr. Ergor, who was always at our service, providing excellent care with a constant smile. Thank you, Ergor; I've gained a new friend in Istanbul. I also can't forget Khalid; he's a remarkable person and speaks fluent Arabic. I will definitely choose this wonderful hotel on every visit to Istanbul.
Staff is so helpfull and friendly!! Honestly the best part. Tram station is very close, only takes about 10 mins to reach historical areas. Rooms are big and comfortable.Highly recomended.
