Newly renovated, comfortable, clean room. Breakfast was very good. A/C worked well in the room, shower was excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. I choose this hotel for the good connection to the airport as we had heavy luggage. Taksim Square is close, we got there by the Havaist bus. Taxi transfer costs 40 EUR. The double bed was 2 single bed pushed together- it kept rolling apart. It was also very soft- but that is just a personal preference. The historic city center is about 30 mins away by public transport- so that's 1 hour commute every day.
We came to Istanbul as a group of five friends for a bachelor party, and our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is not a 5-star property, the level of service and hospitality made us feel like we were staying in one. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions. They gave us valuable local advice and tips that helped us avoid common tourist traps and unnecessary expenses, especially when it came to nightlife. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests made our trip much more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Good and bad things happens to me and my students during our trip to Istanbul. But thanks to the hotel and its employees We were able to relieve our stress and have calm and piece in this vibrant city. Much appreciated for all the help we got from Ersan, Halil and the guys who work at a restaurant.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Burhin, who was extremely nice and made the experience even better with his excellent service and friendly attitude. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent staff. I would definitely recommend staying here.
