⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Turkish Bath & Spa Experience! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Felicity Turkish Bath and honestly, it was excellent value for money. I chose the Diamond Package, which included a 75-minute massage followed by a traditional Turkish hammam experience. The hammam itself was beautiful and had a historic, authentic atmosphere. What really made my experience special, however, was the professionalism and hospitality of Sinan, the manager. Before coming here, I had been quite worried because I had seen many places online that didn’t seem professional or trustworthy. Sinan completely changed that impression. He treated me with great respect, made me feel comfortable, and provided genuinely excellent service from beginning to end. The entire experience felt authentic, relaxing, professional, and absolutely worth the money. Sinan deserves special appreciation for his hospitality and the way he takes care of his guests. If I come back to Istanbul again, Felicity Turkish Bath will definitely be on my list to visit again. I honestly wish they had a spa like this in my country too! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a genuine Turkish hammam and a quality spa experience in Istanbul.
The Turkish bath and spa experience was absolutely lovely! The staff were all extremely welcoming and kind, making the experience very enjoyable and comfortable. The ambiance of the spa was quiet and relaxing, and the facilities clean and well-maintained. The free refreshments and amenities provided really added to the overall experience, making it feel luxurious and pampering, and I certainly felt rejuvenated afterwards, so I would certainly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent experience!
An unforgettable couple's retreat with exceptional hospitality! We had an incredible time at the spa—the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made sure every single detail was taken care of. Being greeted with free drinks was a lovely touch, but the highlight was having a private Turkish Hammam exclusively for us. It was pure relaxation and luxury from start to finish. Thank you to the wonderful team for making us feel so special!
Felicity Hamam for Couple Treatment Reservation - was very quick and reception staff was very helpful. Arrival - we were greeted with a warm welcome. The Spa is located on -2 floor of the Grand Pera Hotel. Spa location is perfect, traffic on the main road though. Big thanks to Mr. Sinan for guiding us throughout the whole process and explaining in detail. Massage, Hammam + Face Mask - we picked one of the better packages for couples. It comprised of 30 minutes of Hammam + Body Scrub and 50 Minutes of an Oil Massage. Initially, you're greeted to the Hammam - you lay flat on a big marble table and get a relaxing cleansing with hot water. Then, you're scrubbed with cloth - taking out dead skin from your body. Finally, you're scrubbed and massaged with the soap foam. After the scrub - here starts the Massage phase, you enter the massage room. It's a dim lit room with tranquil music playing in the background triggering the innermost peace in your soul. They massage you're whole body in the most detailed way. The most rejuvenating 80 minutes of my life. Big thanks to Ms. Nadia from Cameroon and our other friend from Indonesia, Bali which we were not able to catch the name of. I didn't notice a muscle knot I had in my calves, Ms. Nadia had unknotted it instantly. Sauna - nice sauna, temp ranging around 70-80 degrees. Drinks - our Egyptian server was very polite and helpful. Couldn't thank him enough. Lockers - to lock your locker use this way, XXXX#, X being your password. When you do 3 failed tries on the password, the machine sets of an alarm for theft - ask the staff for help if this happens. Suggestion - overall was a perfect choice for rejuvenation. 1. Ladies rooms are more exposed and open compared to the mens room which is located in the corner. Doors of changing rooms are easily closed and open, so once someone enters, someone from the outside can instantly see the inside of the room. 2. Changing rooms for personel and customers are the same. I personally don't have an issue with this, however this may be an issue for other visitors. 3. Another suggestion to other visitors - if there's an area you want to be focused on more (let's say you're having more pain in your shoulders, legs, etc.) - notify the masseurs for this.
I visited with a local Turkish friend, and the service was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the entire spa experience. I truly enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. I highly recommend this place—well-deserved 5 stars!
