At first we didn't get the room we booked. When complained, in the third day we got the originally booked family room. (Room No.502) The room was very old furnitured and small for a 4 person family. Beds were creaking so loudly that you woke up in the night. Under the beds dust is everywhere. My daughter found a handy fan under it. (She was happy about that). But what the most dissapointed was, the bathroom. The tiles were covered with thick mildew. From down to up! The front desk guys were between 20 and 30 yerars old. They speaks English only a couple of words. We needed to use Google translator. But it can be mentioned that they were very helpful. Houskeeping is available, only if you ask. Air con. and wifi worked fine. In one word, I wouldn'd recommend it.

The hotel has an excellent location in Taksim, close to everything and with easy access to tourist attractions and public transportation. The hotel is clean and tidy, and it's a great choice considering its price, which is very reasonable. The service is excellent, and they even provide a taxi service, which was very convenient. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful, and they are dedicated to providing the best service to guests. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here. I give it 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect for a short stay. The reception is always open, and the staff are helpful. The cleanliness is good, and the location is excellent. It met my expectations for the price. I recommend it.
