First I must say thank you to Sinan Tornacı. Sinan was very communicative and excited to share information. Good, confident service is what made the stay unforgettable. We were greeted with cold water immediately on entry. We were given multiple maps and loaned an Istanbulkart. I forget this staffs name but he was very nice as well. We were also given a free room upgrade as a surprise. The hotel is very near tourist areas, good restaurants, and nightlife, it is also very near metro station to visit other neighbourhoods. The room felt modern yet warm and incredibly clean. Our room faced the pool area and was perfectly quiet despite being on a bar street. There were two air conditioners and both worked very well. Thank you for all the hard work that goes toward making an excellent experience for guests.
Lovely hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, stunning rooftop restaurant. I stayed for a week in May 2026 and definitely recommend. Located up a hill, so be prepared for exercise when you return. Loads of restaurants around, and a tiny bit cheaper than near the Blue Mosque. Funky decor in room which I liked and a nespresso coffee maker. Room small but sufficient. No outlook from room but doors that opened for air. Bar on 5th floor was closed, but I enjoyed the view and service from the 6th floor restaurant. Staff warm and helpful
Best Place to stay in Istanbul. Start the day with really good food and Tea and Coffee at the rooftop with a spectacular View. Dive into the City Center nearby and enjoy the Nightlife around the corner. Super staff, always available and highly professional, and Perfect rooms to feel Home away from Home! See you Next time !!! We just spend 3 night at the Ruz in Istanbul. It was a great experience. The rooms are super clean and the interior just looks stunning. The service was extraordinary. When we checked in the nice guy from the front desk sat down with us and explained the whole city with recommendations and tourist traps to us. Everybody tried to give us the best experience possible. They organized a transport back to the airport for us without any problems. We went to the rooftop bar once at night. The view was one of the best we had during our stay in Istanbul and the drink were delicious. All in all just great and would recommend to everyone.
Had a great 3 nights stay here. Room was really beautiful and clean, bed very comfortable. Easy if you come from IST airport since one of the metro stations is around the corner. You’ll walk around 5-10 minutes to get to the tramway that goes to the old city center across the bridge. Neighborhood is great and not that touristic as across the bridge. We were here in Winter so hadn’t really the chance to enjoy the rooftop but you should definitely still go, the view is amazing. Service was also great.
