The place is good and quiet; cleanliness is decent—I’d give it 4 points. The young men working the evening and night shifts are better than the women; their conduct is excellent. We wish everyone in Türkiye were like them. 🙏🏻 The only thing that bothered us was The mosquito!!!!!
The rooms are large and clean, and the decor is very good. The cleaning staff are friendly. The air conditioner needs maintenance, and we've informed طthem twice. The exterior glass insulation is poor and doesn't block street noise. During our 12 days, we had to go down 9 times to reprogram the keys for 3 rooms. The breakfast is not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The eggs were cold because there was no heating element. The toaster is old and doesn't have proper temperature control.
