My family and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. All the staff were very helpful and responded to any needs promptly. Everything, front desk staff, cleaning service, decoration of the room (has everything you need washing machine was my favorite) amazing. Will definitely be back when we are in Istanbul.
Stayed for one night here during a short transit in Istanbul. Great location next to paths for running and parks. Rooms were large and had everything yoy needed, spa was perfect and the breakfast was simple and delicious. Would definately stay again.

The location in Kağıthane is excellent: quiet, safe, and well connected to central Istanbul, with easy access to malls, cafes, and transport. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was quick and clear throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the comfort and practicality: strong Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, and great security. It felt like a home away from home.
