-rooms are small but enough for 2. -during night, water pressure dropped and made it a bit hard to take good shower. -they offered me complementary coffee every morning at the bar where entry is. -staff is always helpful and puts customer above everything else. -perfect location. Easy to ride ferry, tram and metro. -having only 1 toilet paper and housekeeping every two days is a bit frustrating but logic behind it is heartwarming.
I would like to thank for the whole team of Khai Hotel Karaköy for their generous hospitality during my stay around two weeks. Every staff from the bar to the room service is spectacularly attentive, kind and helpful. Special thanks to GM Umut bey for his hospitality. Cleaning service is the best and has such a high standards that every single day you can feel the freshness of your room. You will love shampoos and lotions, and that shower is just heaven! This little hotel is noisy because it sits beside a walkway into the area and people are constantly going by talking and yelling loudly. The restaurant downstairs is not open for food. You could get a coffee but we didn't. The roof top bar was ok for a beer and view. There was a restaurant below the bar but it wasn't appealing. There are many better rooftop restaurants in the area. There was a sewage smell often in the room. Probably due to old system. If you can afford a better quieter hotel then I suggest it. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was quite clean a little bit small. The staff is really helpful , The location is perfect as well close to Tram, the food in the restaurant was also good , but the rooms isolation was a little weak sounds from outside easily can be heard. But overally it was good. Also the hotel does not offer breakfast
