We had a truly wonderful experience at this spa! The administrator was incredibly kind, welcoming, and polite, and the massage therapists were absolutely amazing. The massage was very professional and relaxing -they worked thoroughly on the entire body. The hammam ritual was especially memorable: they washed and cared for us so gently that I felt like a child again, being bathed by my mother. It was such a warm, comforting, and unique feeling. We also really enjoyed the sauna and hammam. We were pampered, well cared for, and even treated to delicious food. We left feeling completely relaxed and happy. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place.
We had an amazing experience! We chose the Classic Spa Program and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was well organized, the atmosphere was relaxing, the therapists were professional, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to the gentleman who welcomed us. He helped us choose the perfect program, gave us a great discount, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He was very friendly, funny, and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling completely relaxed and happy. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spa experience!
My husband and I were in Istanbul for a concert, and beforehand we decided to relax at this spa. It was wonderful. I took the tropical spa program (including a massage, a peeling, and a Turkish soap massage). Everyone was really friendly and the masseuse was very talented and did all the treatments perfectly. Afterwards, they gave us a soft drink and some tea. I really enjoyed it, it was perfect
I will be honest in this review, as I came here for its high ratings, but I had a few points to make. I took the Cleopatra package, which includes a massage + face massage, a Turkish bath, and a salt scrub. The girl who was doing it was good. However, the mass room was too close from the reception and the receptionist was too loud discussing things then a customer came with her baby which started crying the half the time of the session and I couldn’t relax at all, it was too noisy and the doors didn’t have voice isolation; which made stopped the massage to check the doors and the receptionist. The hair was washed with pantene and since I have paid a good amount of money i expected more quality products. No one has told me to remove my underwear and it became wet from the shower and I asked for a bag to put it in and there were no bags and I held it till my room. The receptionist has offered me a face mask and tea after I had already gotten dressed, and the face mask fell on my clothes; the receptionist was the one who put my face mask which is unprofessional, and I wouldn’t expect her to do anything for me. The tea never came. I expected more professionalism. In general, it’s a good experience but not for the price.
never intended for a spa session in Istanbul even though I have been to this city many times for the past 5 years.. was recommended because I stayed at Opera Bosphorus and wanted to give this session a try... first time trying Turkish Bath.. massage was excellent, especially after 2 weeks of travelling.. thank you for this wonderful experience..
