I go to the outdoor pool here; it's a large pool with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. It gets a bit crowded, with families and children. The poolside cafes and restaurants are good. I used the spa for the first time, had a massage, and I can say it was the cleanest spa I've ever seen. The towels were pure white, brand new, and spotless. They even put towels under your feet when you get dressed. They accompany you everywhere. Everyone is very kind. The massage price is a little higher than elsewhere (a classic massage was 180 Euros), but it's worth it for the service and hygiene. We were very satisfied.
I am always very satisfied with Pürovel spa. The lockers, changing rooms, toilets, and showers are all spotlessly clean. Ms. Türkan has been there for many years and always does her job very meticulously and carefully. She asks if we need anything several times each time we visit, she is very attentive, and she carefully prepares my towels for me every time. Ms. Türkan's smiling face and pleasant conversation brighten my day. I definitely recommend it.
We are currently at the Purovel SPA in the Swissotel Istanbul and I would like to thank Mr. Fatih for his kindness and courtesy. We were truly very happy, although we always love the quality of Swissotel, but I wanted to share this in summary here. By the way, the kindness and courtesy were truly top-notch, and I would also add that every time we come, we find such a clean and pleasant environment; believe me, not every hotel spa is like this. My wife and I truly congratulated them.
