Description
The workshop is located in a quiet café just steps from the bustling Spice Bazaar. It offers a relaxing environment where you can get creative and explore Istanbul’s history through chocolate.
Upon arrival, you’re welcomed with Turkish Tea and Chocolate Tea. The session begins with a story about the historic neighborhood, once a key stop on the Spice Route, surrounded by the lingering aromas of spices from the nearby bazaar.
Guided by an expert chocolatier, you will receive step-by-step instructions on transforming cacao beans into glossy chocolate bars. You will learn tempering techniques to achieve the perfect snap and have the freedom to decorate your bars creatively. No prior experience is required.
You will leave with beautifully packaged chocolates and a Certificate of Completion, making your handcrafted creations a unique memory of Istanbul.
