Description
Begin with an early hotel pickup in Istanbul for your flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, travel to Selcuk to meet your guide and visit the House of Virgin Mary, where you will learn about its religious importance.
Continue to the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, followed by photo stops at the Church of St. John and the Isa Bey Mosque. Later, visit Sirince village to explore traditional homes and taste locally produced fruit wines. You will spend the night in Kusadasi or Selcuk near the coast.
On day two, after breakfast at your hotel, travel to Pamukkale, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its thermal springs and travertine terraces. Explore the natural formations and learn about their creation. Then visit the ancient city of Hierapolis to understand its historical cultural significance.
The tour concludes with transport to Denizli Airport for your return flight to Istanbul, followed by transfer back to your hotel.
