Escape the busy streets of Istanbul and discover the peaceful atmosphere of the Princes’ Islands on this full-day small-group tour. Travel across the Sea of Marmara and enjoy a more personal, relaxed experience while exploring two of the most well-known islands.
Begin with pickup from your hotel or selected address in Istanbul between 8:00 AM and 9:15 AM. After meeting your guide at the port, board the boat and start your journey toward the Princes’ Islands. As you leave the city behind, take in beautiful views of Istanbul from the water and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.
After an approximately 1-hour boat ride, arrive at the first island, usually Kınalıada. Known for its quiet charm and natural beauty, Kınalıada offers a pleasant first stop where you can enjoy free time and discover the island at your own pace.
Continue to Büyükada, the largest and most famous of the Princes’ Islands. Here, your guide will share information about the island’s history, lifestyle, and unique character. After the guided introduction, enjoy lunch featuring delicious Turkish dishes in a relaxed setting.
Following lunch, have free time to explore Büyükada on your own. Stroll through the charming streets, admire the island’s elegant old mansions, relax at a café, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. During the summer season, there may also be time for swimming, depending on weather conditions and the schedule of the day.
At the end of the free time, meet your guide at the designated point and begin the return journey to Istanbul by boat. Before the day ends, there will also be a shopping stop in the city. Afterward, be transferred back to your hotel or drop-off point.
