- Entry to Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia is allowed between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Meeting the host at Chimney Bistro is mandatory before entering Topkapi Palace; note that security lines cannot be skipped and may take up to 30 minutes during high season.
- Topkapi Palace visits are unguided except for host escort; do not leave the host until inside.
- Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays.
