I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the things that made my experience even better was Mustafa. He was incredibly kind, friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. His professional and warm attitude made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. I truly appreciate all his hard work and excellent service. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like Mustafa on their team. Thank you so much, Mustafa, for making my stay even more enjoyable! 🌷👏⭐️
The Good: Location superb. Rooftop terrace with the pool is scenic. Breakfast is amazing. Booked this hotel specifically because of scenic rooftop pool to unwind after a day of exploring. BUT pool is open only until 5:30 pm! Something they should’ve made very clear, both online prior people book and at the check in. Pool is small, and not heated. At 5:30 pm Mikla bar takes over and enforce dress code, forbid outside drinks/food so if you actually want to enjoy sunset at the terrace you have to buy a $30 drink! Again, something that should’ve been made very clear by the hotel before Mikla bar staff embarrassed us by following us around on the patio in effort to kick us out because we came in with a cup of tea. Rooms are tiny! The hotel is way overpriced for what it is. You pay for the rooftop view and the pool, which you can barely use. My suggestion, book a cheap hotel in the same area without pool, and just come once to their Mikla bar for an overpriced drink and sunset.
Had a great several night stay here. The housekeeper was lovely. Even with a language barrier she was pleasent and friendly. One staff member was extremely helpful when we had a phone emergency. The breakfast waitstaff were good. Chef preparing the omlettes did a good job. The breakfast was great, decent variety. Great tea selection. The green smoky olives were delicious and fruit options were delightful. Hotel is clean with no questionable scents. Good acces to bus stop, metro, and the busy tourist street.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and offers a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We would also like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism. A special thank you to Esma for her warm welcome, helpfulness, and outstanding service throughout our stay.
The location of the hotel is perfect and the view from the room was truly beautiful. We have stayed at your hotel before, a few years ago, and had an excellent experience, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this time there were a few issues that left us slightly disappointed. Although we had requested and received confirmation for twin beds, we had to ask again upon arrival. We also needed to request a second chair for the balcony/room, which felt unusual for a double room with such a lovely view. The bathroom renovation also felt somewhat minimal and could benefit from more attention to detail. In addition, the first person we encountered at reception did not seem fully prepared, although thankfully the rest of the staff were wonderful, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Beyta from housekeeping, who was incredibly sweet and kind. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent location and the warmth of the staff, but compared to our previous experience, this visit did not fully meet our expectations.
