It was a lovely apartment—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. We also loved the beautiful garden and the adorable cats. The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood, making it a perfect place to relax.
I booked my apartment directly through the NOA website, so I'd like to leave my review here. I visit Istanbul often, but this was my first stay at NOA. I originally found it on Booking.com and then booked directly through the hotel's website with a nice discount. Everything was wonderful: the location, the peaceful garden full of cats (the room on the ground floor), the comfortable bed, the well-equipped apartment, and the helpful concierge service. In terms of value for money, it's the best place I've stayed in in Istanbul. Our bad, during this trip we decided to split our stay between two accommodations, so we had to leave our lovely garden-view room in NOA and the cats we had already grown attached to. We definitely won't make that mistake again! Thank you!
We had an amazing stay! The place had everything we needed to feel right at home — a fully equipped kitchen with all the small essentials and full appliances, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was very large, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect as well, close to major sightseeing spots with grocery stores just around the corner. Customer service was excellent — the office manager and security staff were truly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and would absolutely come back again!
