We had a wonderful stay at The Story Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul and enjoying everything the city has to offer. The rooms and beds are comfortable and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive service. The team was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, and they made us feel at home throughout our stay. They had excellent recommendations from sightseeing to great suggestions for restaurants. They also have great tour guides. Our experience at The Story Hotel made our time in Istanbul even more special. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Istanbul.
This is a great little hotel in a very good location. A few minutes walk to the main shopping street in Istanbul, restaurants bars and coffee shops. Also very close to the subway and Finicular. The staff really made it nothing was too much trouble for them. A Special shout out to Mustafa and Furcan and the other receptionist whose name escapes me,for all of their help and recommendations on best places to eat etc.
We had a wonderful stay here! The front desk is exceptionally friendly and provided extremely helpful information to us on check-in, which we found helpful for exploring our neighborhood and using the trams and ferries (e.g. they told us to use the F2 Tunel funicular, which we didn't know about, to climb the hill when we return which saved us from ever having to climb up the hill!). They also provided us with short lists of recommendations for restaurants and breakfast places, and each one we tried was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable couch and chairs, and we appreciated the well functioning bidet and excellent water pressure in the bathroom. We would happily stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time here. My father and I felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything to us, recommended great restaurants, and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Whenever we needed help with anything, they were always there for us with a smile. Their hospitality and positive attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Another big advantage is the location. It is perfectly situated in a quiet side street, but just a short walk away from Istiklal Street. For us, this was ideal because every evening we enjoyed walking there, having dessert, and experiencing the atmosphere. Everything was easily accessible, and the location couldn’t have been better. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable!
A superb place to stay right in the buzzing heart of Beyoglu. Istiklal is seconds around the corner. Sishane station is a few minutes away for ease to/from the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully presented. Staff are welcoming and keen to help. There are so many good restaurants and cafes nearby, and Cihangir and Karakoy are both an easy walk for more shopping and eats.
