Ahmad was very helpful with check in and preparing for our stay. Room was beautifully set up for our anniversary. We unfortunately arrived with no luggage at midnight due to our airlines , the staff very quickly found us stores nearby that was open and directed us on where to go. Room is clean bathroom is beautiful and everything was perfect.
Had the most amazing experience in this hotel, served by the most amazing staff. The hotel is very clean, food is amazing and we were very well taken care of. Special thanks to Ahmad for making our stay a memorable one. You’ll see us again very soon. -Ahmed & Family 🇲🇹🇸🇾
The Park Hotel is outstanding. I would give it seven stars if I could. The location is close to Aksaray Metro, so one don't need to change for another bus from the Airport. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was superb, delicious and healthy, with a lot of olives. Ahmed is very nice and welcoming.
It was a great hotel and for a reasonable price inclusive of a breakfast, located near to the Sultanhamet area, the staff were friendly and accommodating and helpful especially the evening duo, one female and one male, I sadly did not get their names, there’s food spots located near, pharmacies, stores and transport, it’s especially useful when travelling back to the IST Airport as there is a bus service located across the street which is a cheap alternative.
An excellent stay! The hotel is located in a very lively and prime area, overlooking a beautiful park and the Murad Pasha Mosque. The hotel is extremely clean and the service is truly outstanding. Special thanks to Ahmed at the reception for his great support and assistance throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay near Yenikapı.
