This was my first time staying at this hotel. We had a wedding in Istanbul, so I booked it online for a group of relatives. Believe me, I couldn't have made them feel this family-like even if I had hosted them at home. I would like to thank each and every staff member individually. They served us as if we were in their own home; they were very friendly and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. My sincere thanks go to Meral Bey, Gülistan Hanım, Fahri Bey, and Arda Bey in particular.
A fantastic hotel to stay at in Istanbul. It's very easy to get to, the rooms are spotlessly clean, it's safe and the staff are very attentive. Our family was very pleased. We will definitely come back :)
It was a flawless accommodation experience, in a word! The hotel's location is fantastic; it's both easily accessible and surrounded by a very pleasant environment. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, modernly designed, and spotlessly clean down to the smallest detail. The beds were extremely comfortable; we truly felt at home. The hotel rooms were very high-quality and well-maintained. Furthermore, the restaurant and breakfast performance deserve special mention; the variety, taste, and freshness of the products were simply amazing. Everything was thought out to the highest standards. It's definitely a place you can choose without hesitation for both leisure and business trips; it's worth every penny. We thank the entire team for their efforts and will definitely be back at the first opportunity!
The location is fantastic, very close to Kadıköy and Üsküdar. The rooms were clean and spacious.
