The service I've received here has been nothing but exceptional. I've stayed at hotels in many countries, but I've never experienced this much warm hospitality 🥹 When I ordered food delivery through a Turkish app, I couldn't pay because the app only accepted Turkish cards. A staff member noticed and generously offered to cover the cost of my meal himself. I insisted on paying him back afterward, though he initially tried to refuse. The view from the terrace was also amazing, and they gave me free çay (Turkish tea) and coffee. The location is great too — just a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, and there are adorable cats around the hotel that made the stay even more comforting. And lastly, I have to mention the cleaning service. It’s the best I’ve received even better than luxury hotels. Every day, the towel was nicely placed like in the picture, and the sheets were very clean. As for restaurants, the ones right around the hotel tend to be priced for tourists, so I'd recommend walking a little further out for better value. My experience with the hotel made my stay in Istanbul so much better than it already is😊 I'd definitely stay here again next time I need a hotel in Turkey.

Fantastic place to stay in Istanbul, very cosy and close to the main attractions of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is incredible. Absolutely recommended!
The front desk staff and the manager are genuinely professional, fair, and very helpful. The hotel itself is charming and cozy, and conveniently located within walking distance of the sea and the main tourist areas in Sultanahmet. The rooms are slightly small, so it’s best to keep that in mind when booking. That said, most hotels in this area tend to have smaller rooms anyway. Overall, everything else—cleanliness, location, and especially the staff—is excellent.
Amazing staff working here. I've had two nights staying here. Mert is a great hotel manager, you can always count on him. He will help you and talk to you if you need it. The hot water pipes in the basement were clogged and Mert fixed it so all rooms had warm water again. If you want to stay at a safe hotel in a calm area, pick this hotel.
