The best hotel I booked in Istanbul. It was great. The staff is very friendly. I will travel to this hotel again from London.
I was at room 503 it was small for 3 persons its tidy the only bad thing is the window is kot well isolated and you hear noise from the traffic not unbearable. but if you have work or you're staying less than 5 days its good its clean the staff is amazing and the rooftop is a hidden gem because is 24/7 overall a good experience
"I HAVE A QUESTION", heard every morning the hotel manager, Gökhalp, who always greeted my every whim with a smile. 😊 Every day at this hotel, we were treated like family, answering all our questions and requests with the utmost kindness and care. The wonderful Feruze, the smiling Mehmet, the guys at reception, the wonderful woman who prepared us delicious breakfasts every day, and, of course, Gökhalp, the soul and support of this hotel, made our vacation perfect. I want to express my deepest gratitude to them all; I remember them with a smile. As for the hotel, it's truly nice, clean, conveniently located near the metro, and within walking distance of all the necessary amenities, from various cafes to a large shopping center. It's a peaceful haven where you'll spend a comfortable time and want to return again. And their greatest asset is their people; it's hard to even call them staff; they're like family. That's why you'll feel right at home. With great respect and pleasant memories, I convey my greetings to them. (Sometimes a needle and thread on the scales are heavier than a kilogram of gold😊)
