We had a fantastic stay at Aloft Istanbul Karaköy and would absolutely stay here again. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring Istanbul, with easy access to Karaköy, Galata, the waterfront, ferries, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The front desk team (Yusuf and the others) were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They were always available when we needed something and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job. Our room was consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained every day. Great location, excellent service, and a wonderful staff. Aloft Istanbul Karaköy was a great home base for our time in Istanbul, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
This was my third time visiting Istanbul and my first time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was the cherry on top of this visit. The location is excellent, just around 5 minutes from the ferries, T1 tram and Şişhane Metro, and within a walking distance of galata tower and many other interesting spots. There are also plenty of great food options nearby, from street food to proper restaurants. Additionally, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team, the staff were truly la crème de la crème: - The reception team was very helpful during check-in, especially when we had an issue caused by the agency we booked through (not the hotel). They were very accommodating and even changed our room when we asked. Yusuf was one of the reception team members I remember, but everyone was genuinely helpful during our stay. - A special thank you to Leyla and Ayten (if I remember the name correctly) for always keeping our room clean and tidy. - Breakfast was also good, and the restaurant staff were kind and professional. After three visits to Istanbul, I’ve found my go-to hotel, and I’ll definitely be staying here again !
Our stay at Aloft Istanbul Karaköy was absolute perfection from the moment we arrived. Situated in a fabulous and vibrant location it serves as the ultimate base while offering a chic, relaxing urban retreat. The reception was exceptionally warm, setting the tone for a truly wonderful experience, and our room suite featuring a stunning, spacious terrace was impeccably decorated with great attention to detail and taste. The culinary offerings were a true highlight. Breakfast was simply excellent, boasting a vast and thoughtful selection of fresh, wholesome, and healthy products, which is often hard to find. Additionally, the fitness facilities are top notch, complemented by a team of staff who went above and beyond to be accommodating, readily providing extra amenities such as yoga mats to meet our needs. From the chic aesthetics to the outstanding hospitality, Aloft Istanbul Karaköy delivers on every front. Highly recommended for anyone looking for style, comfort, and exceptional service in Istanbul.
We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. Seyit Taha checked us in and was very kind and helpful. The room is beautiful and clean. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. The room is unique and the shower is beautiful with a rainfall shower head. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was the perfect place to stay after a long travel day. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the buffet was delicious with so much variety. Shout-out to the refreshing cherry juice.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, largely thanks to Onur and Yusuf from the front desk team. From the moment I arrived, Our was incredibly welcoming and professional. He helped me check in smoothly, gave great and even arranged a late checkout for me. Yusuf took all the way care of my super heavy luggage with friendly smile. His customer service truly made my stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
