My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. This was our first stop in Turkiye on our honeymoon. The reception, housekeeping and breakfast waiter team are all exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a good selection of breakfast options too. Our room was immaculate and we truly appreciated the welcome prosecco to start our honeymoon. The location is also great - so close to the Galata tower but also reasonably quiet. Our only feedback point would be that the recommended hammam which we did on reflection looks to have been significantly more expensive than other similar experiences. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Everyone was genuinely friendly and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was taken care of, from the evening turndown service to the incredibly attentive staff at reception and in the restaurant. As someone who eats gluten free, I was especially impressed by how knowledgeable and thoughtful everyone was. Even the welcome drinks and snacks were prepared gluten free, which immediately made us feel cared for. A special thank you to Hakan and Mert in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make every meal effortless and enjoyable. The reception team was also fantastic. They quickly arranged our airport transfer and made sure we avoided the traffic disruptions caused by a demonstration, which we really appreciated. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. What really made this hotel stand out was the people. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would return without hesitation.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ecole St Pierre Hotel. The location is perfect—everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring. What truly made this hotel stand out was the incredible hospitality. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket and a handwritten card, which was such a lovely personal touch. Throughout our stay, the hotel kept surprising us with little gestures that made us feel special. We were treated to refreshing homemade lemonade, and one afternoon when we returned early, they served us traditional Turkish Ashure dessert along with a handwritten note explaining its history and significance. It was such a unique and memorable experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained every day. And if you’re a cat lover, you’ll fall in love with the hotel’s two adorable resident cats, Cashew and Pistachio—they made the atmosphere even more charming! We can’t recommend Ecole St Pierre Hotel highly enough, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for making our trip so special! ❤️
Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location right in the heart of Galata. The design, character and views are stunning, and the reception and housekeeping teams were fantastic throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved being able to walk almost everywhere in Istanbul. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the overall experience didn't quite match the premium price point. Breakfast service felt inconsistent, the menu was fairly limited for a longer stay, and there were a few signs of wear and tear in our suite that I'd expect to be addressed at this level. We also found some of the third-party services recommended by the hotel, including airport transfers and excursions, to be significantly overpriced compared to arranging them independently. Overall, we had a lovely stay but wouldnt probably return. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent boutique hotels in Istanbul.
Wow!!!!! An amazing, beautiful, perfect location and superb service. From the reservation process, communication was incredible, promptly response and kindness all the time. Our check in was perfect, from reception to restaurant and our room impeccable, beautiful and luxurious amenities. Full of details; they welcome us with champagne and cake to celebrate my mom’s birthday, Istambul souvenirs and the view of a landmark, Galata tower, just one block away from it and the neighborhood with lots of cafes, stores and restaurants, walking distance to everything. But I want to recognize all the staff, they do and outstanding service; Burku, Natali, Gogberk, Bedirhan, Hakan, Elif, Ali, Elain and all the staff, smiles, greetings and service over the top, luxury, friendly, comfort and hospitality to the high standards! Thank you for a great and unforgettable experience!
