I recently visited this sauna and wellness facility and had a very enjoyable experience overall. What immediately stands out is the quality of the sauna area itself. The saunas are clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and provide a truly relaxing atmosphere. Whether you are looking to unwind after a busy day or enjoy a longer wellness session, the facilities create the perfect environment for relaxation and recovery. One of the biggest highlights of this location is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. The panoramic view over the Bosphorus is absolutely spectacular, and seeing the iconic Maiden's Tower (Kız Kulesi) from the wellness area adds a unique and memorable touch to the experience. Watching the Bosphorus while relaxing in the sauna creates a special atmosphere that is difficult to find elsewhere in Istanbul. The view alone makes this place worth visiting and elevates the entire wellness experience to another level. The staff also deserve special recognition. Throughout my visit, every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist guests contributed greatly to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the visit. It is clear that customer satisfaction is important to the management and staff. The facility is modern, clean, and offers a pleasant environment for both regular visitors and first-time guests. The attention to hygiene and maintenance is evident throughout most of the facility, helping guests feel comfortable and relaxed. There are, however, a few areas where some improvements could make an already very good experience even better. For first-time visitors, orientation inside the facility can be somewhat challenging. Better signage, clearer directions, or a brief introduction during check-in would help newcomers navigate the different areas more easily and ensure they fully enjoy all available facilities. Another area that could benefit from attention is the steam room. During my visit, it was not always operating consistently, which was a little disappointing. Additionally, the steam room door appears to require maintenance, as it does not function as smoothly as expected. Since the steam room is an important part of the wellness journey, ensuring that it is always operational and that the door is properly maintained would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor issues, my overall impression remains highly positive. The combination of excellent sauna facilities, a fantastic and professional team, a relaxing atmosphere, and one of the most beautiful Bosphorus and Kız Kulesi views in Istanbul makes this a destination I would happily visit again. I highly recommend this wellness center to anyone looking for a quality sauna experience in Istanbul. With a few small improvements, it has the potential to be one of the very best wellness destinations in the city.
