I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Service was good, stuff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, separate thank you to them and their attentive attitude. They treated us welcome tea/coffee at arrival. The hotel is pet friendly. The rooms though are stuffy and moist, could be cleaner as well. Breakfast selection is boring. They charge extra 40€ for “sea view” rooms, but it can be hardly called this way, sea is hardly visible. During out stay someone from cleaning stuff came into our room, did not clean it and left (how we know it - they forgot the keys inside the room). The location is acceptable. The kind attitude of stuff is pleasant, but hotel itself has a lot of areas for improvements
We stayed here two nights and have had the best service, the team were all very nice polite and the hotel was really clean. Omer was extremely helpful and polite our favourite. Thank you for making our stay easy helpful Omer abi.
The location was acceptable, situated on a hill. However, when I asked the hotel lobby about an airport shuttle, they quoted me nearly double the regular price. I ended up taking a standard taxi instead, but it felt like they were trying to overcharge from the very beginning. Breakfast was just okay; for a non-Turkish guest, the options were quite limited, and my husband could barely eat. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the ventilation was very poor. The terrace was also noticeably dirty. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.
