Sample six low-intervention wines, each from a rare native grape—skin-contact Hasandede, wild-ferment Karasakız, Kanlıkara from the wild, and amber Karkuş, to name a few. Your sommelier host connects terroir, legends, and regenerative farming. WAYANA Wine Bar serves 500+ labels from 142 local wineries.
