In this small-group class, you’ll learn how to make the most special dishes of Turkish cuisine, from tiny hand-folded dumplings filled with spiced meat to Turkish Grape leaves — from scratch along with 2 side dishes and a soup or soup-like dish, just as Turkish grandmothers have done for generations. You’ll begin with a warm welcome and Turkish tea, followed by the special techniques that makes these dishes unique. As the progress is taken along with some stories from how the Turkish/Kurdish grandmas cooked these dishes, you will start to cook the side dishes. Then comes the best part — gathering around the table to enjoy your whole Turkish home menu with the most special dishes from Turkish Cuisine.
