• You will receive your entry ticket QR codes and audio guide link via a separate e-mail from the supplier Istanbul Tourist Pass.
• During busy periods, security checkpoints may have queues. Please note that your ticket does not provide priority entry, and waiting times can be up to 30 minutes.
• The Hagia Sophia Museum entrance ticket ONLY gives access to the 2nd-floor visitor areas but NOT to the Mosque's prayer areas.
• It is mandatory for all visitors to go through the security check.
• This ticket grants access to the visiting area and upper gallery only, not the prayer area downstairs.
• Children will be asked to present their passports at the entrance to confirm their age.
• Both men and women should wear modest clothes (cover arms and legs). Women also need to cover their hair with a scarf. You can buy one if you don’t have it.
• The mosque is open for only half a day on the first day of Ramadan and the Sacrifice Festivals.
• You cannot enter with a suitcase.
