For Topkapi Palace, you are eligible to join one of the following timed entry slots for your chosen date at Topkapi Palace: 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:00AM ,11:30AM, 12:30PM, 1:00PM, 1:30PM, 2:30PM, 3:00PM, 3:30PM, 4:00PM. After meeting your host, you will enter the Topkapi Palace and Harem together. This is for the Topkapi Palace only. The Basilica Cistern ticket will be sent to you by e-mail 1 day before the tour date you have chosen. You can use your ticket for the Basilica Cistern at any time between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, but it is mandatory to meet with the host for Topkapi Palace.

• Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays Children aged 0 to 5 are eligible for free admission to the venue. Tickets are not required for them. Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venues Please note that the Topkapi Palace visit is not a guided tour. You will meet only the host, who will escort you inside the Topkapi Palace and Harem. Please do not leave the host until you enter the museum. There is a mandatory security queue, and it is not skippable. In high season, security checks can take up to 10 minutes for Topkapi Palace
