Description

Begin your tour at the Spice Bazaar. After a short introduction about Istanbul’s history and the bazaar’s vibrant atmosphere, start the day with a traditional Turkish-style breakfast. After breakfast, stroll through the Spice Bazaar, surrounded by the aromas of herbs and spices. Then, stop to taste Beyran soup, learn about its ingredients, and discover its importance during the Ottoman era. Next, head to the pier and take a ferry to the Asian side, Kadıkoy. Get your camera ready, as the Bosphorus crossing offers some of the most breathtaking views of Istanbul. In Kadikoy, continue your culinary adventure. Start with original Iskender and Sira, followed by pickle juice, lahmacun with ayran (yogurt drink), stuffed mussels, and finally, baklava with Turkish coffee. At each stop, your guide shares stories, traditions, and cultural insights about the dishes you taste. End the tour by taking the ferry back to Eminonu, enjoying the Bosphorus views one last time.
