Important Information

• Hagia Sophia visiting times: 9 AM to 7:30 PM. Fridays Hagia Sophia Mosque is closed from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM on Friday
• Blue Mosque visiting times: Early in the morning up to 11 AM and after 2 PM. Fridays only after 2 PM
• At both sites is a mandatory security queue, and it is not skippable. In high season, security checks can take up to an hour.
• Best time to visit before 10 AM and after 3 PM. Between 10 AM and 3 PM it is crowded and specialy at weekends & public holidays.
• Please note that you cannot enter the Hagia Sophia with the GetYourGuide voucher. Please use the ticket you will get from us by email. Entry inside Blue Mosque is free.
• Women must cover their hair and shoulders. Scarves are available for 3 Euro at the Ticket Kiosk
• Men and women must cover their knees. If you wear shorts, you can buy a body cover for 3 Euro
• This ticket gives you access to the visiting area of the Hagia Sophia and upper gallery, not the prayer area downstairs.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
