We stayed at this hotel with our family from July 11 to July 17, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room overlooked Istiklal Street and the historic tram terminal. At first, we thought it might be noisy, but the sound insulation was excellent. Once the windows were closed, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest comfortably every night. The air conditioning also deserves special mention. It worked perfectly, kept the room cool even during the hottest days, and was very quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. The quality of the ingredients and the attentive service made every morning enjoyable. The location of the hotel is outstanding. The metro station, Galata Tower, Karaköy Port, Galata Bridge, as well as many cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. It is an ideal base for exploring Istanbul on foot. We would also like to thank the entire hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so memorable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
We had an amazing experience at Ring Stone Hotels Bosphorus. The location right on the main street is perfect, with a metro station and the Tünel tram stop just a few steps away, making commuting to other parts of Istanbul incredibly easy. The surrounding area is also packed with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the "Bosphorus Suite with Terrace," and the views of the Bosphorus Strait were absolutely magnificent—waking up to that sight was unforgettable! To top it all off, the hotel organized a seamless private transfer to the airport on our departure day. Exceptional location, great service, and stunning views. Highly recommended!
One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! We traveled from Saudi Arabia and chose Ring Stone Hotel in Taksim, Istanbul, based on its excellent reputation, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and treated us with exceptional kindness and professionalism. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location in Taksim was perfect—close to everything we wanted to visit. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made a huge difference. We would like to thank the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Overall, a great stay with excellent location, good breakfast, and truly welcoming staff, especially Ms. Alev, who deserves special recognition as she played a meaningful role in shaping our overall experience at the hotel. It is clear that she truly cares about guests comfort and goes beyond expectations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her presence at the reception adds a reassuring and positive touch that any guest would appreciate. Other staff were very nice and friendly, which really made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The location is outstanding right in front of sishane metro station in istiklal street, making it extremely convenient to explore the city Breakfast was also a highlight there was a good variety of food options, and the view from the breakfast area made it even more enjoyable.
We spent four nights at this hotel and loved everything about it, from the reception to the small details in the room itself. The staff was very welcoming; everyone at reception was lovely and friendly. A special mention goes to Alev, a lovely lady who was always helpful. We had no problems at all at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and clean. The illuminated mirror in the bathroom is a special highlight. And the panoramic dining room is a special highlight; the view is incredible. We definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
