We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was handled with great professionalism. A very special thank you to Çağrı, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. His positive attitude and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. We felt genuinely cared for, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
The location of the hotel is very suitable if you like to be close to Ortakoy, and going down and arriving at the Mecidiye Mosque and the Bosphorus does not take you only five minutes. It is worth trying again. The staff is respectful, the services are respectful, and the attention is very wonderful 🙏🏻💙
Great place to stay, good rooms and good breakfast. Just be ready for an uphill climb if you plan to visit Ortakoy often. We enjoyed our stay here.
The room was fine and had everything you need for a short stay. It was simple but functional, and the location is very convenient — just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around easy. However, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and there was visible dirt in the bathing area, which was disappointing. Another downside was the lack of parking on-site. We had to pay extra for a nearby parking lot and carry our luggage to the hotel, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay if you value location over comfort, but the cleanliness and parking situation could definitely be improved.
