Visiting Istanbul from India and I had heard alot about the Turkish Hamams, hands down the fairmont Hamam is the best experience and a luxury apart. The receptionists welcomed me with a warm smile and were helpful from the start. Merve was sweet and kind and explained me about culture of Turkish hamam to get me to ease. Michele who took care of me was really good and she is a great masseuse. Thank you Julide for bringing this luxurious experience to Tourists like me. Will visit again ♥️
My experience was amazing. The area is clean and tidy, the men’s area was great with towels a drier showers and anything you would need. The sauna and steam room are great and big. The pool is nice and while it could be warmer it wasn’t bad overall. The staff is very friendly and a special thanks to habiba for exceptional service. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend for anyone staying at fairmont.
