We stayed for 25 nights, and it truly felt like home. We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive — whenever we needed anything, they answered right away. The housekeeping team was also very kind and attentive. The location is peaceful, with birds chirping all day, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely come back! 🤍
Nice accommodation with very good price/performance + Location is really good, including a nice neighbourhood. + Rooms were large and spacious. + There was a nice kitchen with a nespresso machine. + Staff was kind, helpful and friendly. - Cleanliness could be better. Especially the halls of the hotel were not very clean. - The facilities are not looked after very well. The closet cover was broken. - Rooms are not soundproof. Therefore, it can be a little noisy during nights. -
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. All the reception staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is very peaceful and makes you feel as if you are at home. The housekeeping service is excellent, with daily cleaning provided. The price is great considering the quality of service offered. I hope it always remains this way. Thank you very much.
Hello, We stayed at this beautiful and delightful hotel from 7 February to 13 February. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of the bus and other pleasant facilities. The room is spacious, neat and clean. The equipment and kitchen are also excellent. The beds are comfortable, and we slept well except for one night. The neighbours upstairs were getting to know each other during the night (weekend), which was accompanied by a lot of noise. The people who work here are very friendly and warm. We felt right at home. During the day, we explored Istanbul, which was quite an adventure. In the evening, we watched television in our room and went to sleep. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and quiet, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The reception staff were extremely respectful, professional, and helpful—especially Ali at the front desk, who provided outstanding service. All employees were kind and attentive, including the housekeeping supervisor who ensured everything was perfectly clean. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this hotel.
