The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also surrounded by several restaurants and cafés, so it was easy to find places to eat nearby. Public transportation and taxis are also accessible, making it convenient to get around Istanbul. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel and would consider staying here again, especially because of its convenient location and comfortable rooms.
We booked this hotel for 7 nights as a family of 3, when we arrived we were welc9med with nice hospitality and stuff on reception has good English to communicate. We want to thank Azam Omar Bozkurt for helping is with everything we needed, especially explaining all services for our use that were included in our booking and navigating us while our staying. This made our holiday memorable and pleasant. Breakfast was nice and filling us until lunch. Location is really good next to a river so we could have peaceful evening walks as well as we visited Miniaturk museum. Rooms were not as good as expected for a 4 star hotel but decent. Cleaning services were welcoming and did their job on a good level. A note, for families with toddlers and infant I would warn eith loud music that goes until 1 am and also I would recommend to change bed sheets to improve staying experience due to low quality of material but otherwise this hotel was good a spot, overall. We traveled to Turkey as big family and can’t thank them enough, Efe Gecen(picture of him) looked after us with everything, all the staff are pleasant and speak adequate English. They also a nice Starbucks cafe which is great. Breakfast was decent and overall really excellent hotel with wonderful views across the road. Also have shops/restaurants very close by which was very convenient. Thank you
The hotel is well located near sites and cafes. Our room was largo and very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Concierge Efe gave us excellent service, answering all our questions, even arranging tours for us that were tailored to our timing and what was high on our priority list to see. We would love to come back for another visit and stay at the Ramada Wyndham Golden Horn again.
