We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, and the service was excellent from start to finish. One thing that really stood out to me was the free shuttle service to and from Taksim, which was incredibly convenient and made getting around so much easier. A very special thank you to Cansu, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and cooperative throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make our experience even better.
Our stay started off well, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Shortly after checking in, we noticed that one of the bed legs was loose and the bathroom sink faucet was also loose. We reported both issues, and they were fixed quickly, which we appreciated. The service was excellent in that regard. As our stay continued, we started noticing other problems. The room did not feel very clean. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed properly, which made the overall cleanliness disappointing. The breakfast was decent and had everything we needed. However, the coffee from the machine had a very strange taste that was difficult to enjoy. One thing that stood out was the prayer room in the basement, which was quite dirty. The basement area in general also felt very empty and unwelcoming. Several office doors were left open, revealing untidy-looking rooms inside, which gave the whole area an abandoned atmosphere. The gym looked modern and well-equipped, although I did not have the chance to use it. Overall, the staff were polite, responsive, and did their best to help whenever we needed assistance. Because of that, I don’t believe the issues were caused by the employees themselves. Instead, it seems more likely that the hotel’s management needs to pay more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall presentation of the property.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Istanbul. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options every morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests, making the experience even more enjoyable. Another great advantage is that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Taksim Square, which made getting around the city very convenient. I would like to extend a special thank you to Amin and Furkan, as well as all the front office staff, for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. A special appreciation also goes to Ümit, the General Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent service provided by the entire team 🙏 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul who is looking for an affordable place to stay without compromising on quality and service. What stood out the most was the politeness and attentiveness of the staff. Every team member was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about the guests’ comfort. A special thank you to waiters Bilal and Fatma, and Baha who made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His level of service went above and beyond expectations. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and comfortable, and the staff truly make you feel valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, excellent hospitality, and a professional, friendly team.
