My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights. In a nutshell, it was the best hotel experience of my life. The staff was incredibly kind. We stayed on the fifth floor, and the housekeeper was really nice and always helpful—I’d like to give her a special thank you. The icing on the cake was breakfast: there are no words to describe how good it was. I ate a lot, and I’m sorry I couldn’t eat even more. The spa and gym were also well-maintained. Thanks again!
I would like to acknowledge the security staff at the entrance for always being friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also appreciate the spa cleaning staff, who consistently maintained cleanliness and carried out their work professionally. The food quality was also very good and enjoyable. The facilities themselves may be good, but a great wellness center is ultimately defined by how it treats its members. Unfortunately, I found the management style overly rigid and not sufficiently solution-oriented. Instead of feeling relaxed and welcomed, I often felt stressed and uncomfortable. There were also times when the children's pool was not available or not functioning properly, which affected the overall experience. Better communication, consistency, and customer care from management would greatly improve the overall experience.
Overall an awesome hotel. It is very big and customers/guests have parking access. The rooms are nice and big, the service is good and they seem like they really do care about your stay. That being said, the only downside is that the hallways are filled with extreme moisture/humidity, it can be hard to breathe. But other than that, everything else was great. Rooms are clean and you feel at home
Amazing hotel with exceptional service. The room was lovely, and the location was perfect , very close to the tram station with easy access to all the main attractions. We had a wonderful stay here on our first family holiday. I found the hotel through Google, and it truly lived up to our expectations. The breakfast offered a great variety, and we also made good use of the health club facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and gym, all of which were very clean and well maintained. They even have a ladies-only spa section, which was a great addition. The only minor downside was that swim hats are required for the swimming pool, although I understand this is part of their hygiene policy. Hats are available to purchase at the health club reception if needed. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel 100%
I stayed at this hotel for the second time in a few years, during the last week of Ramadan, and once again had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent: a quiet area, very well served by trams and buses, with the large Historia Mall just across the road and many restaurants nearby. We arrived around 8:00 a.m. and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Kubilay at the reception. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. He arranged adjacent rooms for us, upgraded our rooms, provided an extra bed, included daily breakfast, and offered early check-in for both rooms for a small additional fee, which we happily accepted and truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff were very attentive to details, especially Mr. Soner. Housekeeping was quick and efficient, and although I unfortunately forgot her name, the lady in charge of room service was extremely kind and always smiling. During Ramadan, the hotel provided a suhoor buffet starting one hour before Fajr instead of the usual breakfast, which was a brilliant and thoughtful touch. Later in the morning, we took the kids to enjoy breakfast during the regular opening hours. The pool facilities were excellent. The hotel offers separate facilities: one for women only (including a pool, gym, hammam, and the children’s pool for kids up to 5 years old), and another for men with a pool, gym, and hammam. Women can access the men’s facilities, but not the other way around. Please note that swimming caps are required. The hammam and saunas were very enjoyable and open until 10:00 p.m. Checkout was handled swiftly by Imen, and I believe we were either not charged for the minibar or only charged a very small amount. Soner and his colleague kindly loaded our luggage into the car we had reserved and said to us: “We are waiting for you next time — this is not your hotel, this is your home.” That truly summed up the hospitality we experienced. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return.
