We were to spend 1 night at the hotel before boarding for our cruise the next day. Due to flight cancelations and delays, we arrived exhausted and after midnight. The staff at the hotel greeted us and checked us in quickly so we could get to our lovely room and rest. Up early for our breakfast on the rooftop (which was included for us). The breakfast spread was amazing with so many options! When we were ready to check.out the front desk staff was gracious enough to assist us with phone calls to the airlines to try and locate our luggage and in finding local shopping for us. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul!!
My wife and I have stayed here many times and each stay has been wonderful. Especially the staff. Special merit to these staff members who put in extra effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Dilek and Dilek (both of them), Mehmet in breakfast area, Serkan the chef, Mustafa in the breakfast area and Ziver in Archer cafe. They are excellent ambassadors for your hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bosphorus. The rooms are standard, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Mehmet, who looked after us throughout our trip. He was always professional, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His excellent service made a real difference to our stay. Thank you Mehmet Bey!! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access many of Istanbul's main attractions. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Novotel Bosphorus to anyone visiting Istanbul.
