I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff specially Nazif and Bera at Front desk for their warm welcome. From the smooth check-in process to their prompt assistance throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest. I had a fantastic stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul. The hotel is modern, spotless, and the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable some days not wanting to get out of bed even. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious food, and the spa and pool facilities were excellent . The perfect place to relax after a busy day. Everything has been kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. I couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Delta Hotels Istanbul Kağıthane. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Firat and Merve from the breakfast team for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality every morning. They truly made each breakfast experience memorable. I would also like to thank the chef who prepared my eggs every morning with such care and consistency. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh, and delicious. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Istanbul so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
I came to istanbul as a guest of a cosmetic surgery clinic called Medaway- I stayed at the delta Marriott hotel in Kağıthane from the moment of arrival a lovely Turkish man named veysel who works on the reception helped me and my companion in with our bags we was immediately offered a lovely 5 star room with a mini fridge tea and coffee station luxurious beds and a 5 star bathroom! The hotel staff have all gone above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable safe and comfortable- after my surgery veysel litterally waited on me hand and foot bringing pillows water and food for us- we cannot thank him enough for his beautiful smile and amazing personality he really has made us want to come back!!! This hotel is at very high standard they value their guest and they go above and beyond to make sure we are catered to in every aspect! Thank you veysel and arda for your hard work and dedication you truly are amazing and I will never forget you through this journey! Very sad to be leaving but this goodbye is not forever I will definitely be back in the future with my crazy energy! Thank you to delta Marriott hotel for everything it’s been a PLEASURE ❤️
Overall a good place specially if you are platinum and make in Bonvoy. Room upgrades to suite and all day access to lounge is lovely to experience. Breakfast was good but can be improved. Coffee machine in restaurant wasn’t working so many guest were facing issues. Bell boy or assistance team need to be more attentive if possible. Overall good place, near to metro so that’s a big plus.
